SMS bundle credits are added to your account balance and drawn down as you send - they don't carry an expiry date. A subscription plan's included monthly SMS is tied to that billing cycle, so check your plan details if you're relying on a specific month's allocation.

One credit per message sent to one recipient, for a standard-length message. A message over 160 characters (or containing emoji/certain special characters) may be split into multiple parts by the network, each billed as a separate credit - see our guide on character limits for the full detail.

Yes. A subscription plan's included SMS resets each billing cycle; a bundle purchase adds credits on top whenever you buy one. Many businesses run a subscription for their baseline volume and top up with a bundle during a busier month.

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time - cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Bundles are a one-time purchase with no ongoing commitment at all.
