1. Using the service

By creating an account, you agree to use SimpliSend to send lawful, consented-to communications only. You are responsible for the content of messages you send and for how you obtained your contact list.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to send hate speech, harassment, spam, or any unlawful content. Messages are automatically screened, and accounts found sending genuinely harmful content may be suspended - see our content moderation guide for how this works.

3. Billing

SMS bundles are one-time purchases; subscription plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown in South African Rand. See our pricing page for current rates.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the contact data and content you upload. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Message delivery ultimately depends on third-party mobile networks outside our direct control.

6. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including repeated high-severity content violations or non-payment.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
